Your need for a friendly, flexible and efficient service is a priority. Our dental receptionists are available by phone or in person throughout the day to help you with any queries relating to your care and treatment, to arrange appointments or to help with administration.
Appointments can be made either by telephone or in person. We encourage you to visit the practice regularly and can book your next appointment before you leave. If you are unable to keep an appointment please give as much notice as possible. We will normally make a charge if you do not give 24hrs notice. |

If you require urgent attention during opening hours please telephone 0131 337 2689. We will arrange to see you as soon as possible normally the same day.
Emergencies out of hours: Emergency advice between the hours of 5.35pm and 8.00am and weekends can be obtained from the Lothian Dental Advice Line on 0131 536 4800. |

We understand that although cost is a factor in your decision making, other factors such as time taken, comfort, convenience, quality, aftercare and trust can be equally important. We will discuss treatment options to suit you.
You will receive a detailed estimate of fees for your treatment options so that you may make a decision of what is best for you. Payment may be requested in advance or for treatment carried out at each appointment. We also recommend Denplan which allows payment for dental care on a monthly basis from £13.00 per month. Please ask at reception for more details. We accept cash, cheque, switch and major credit cards. |
